There are three error messages you could receive when attempting to redeem your credits for a gift card.
"We're sorry! You must wait before redeeming your first gift card."
We require all users to wait 24 hours after signing up with AppZone before redeeming credits for their first gift card. This allows us to ensure that everything is working properly in your account. After this initial waiting period, you will be able to redeem future gift cards instantly. If you receive this message but you have been using AppZone for over 24 hours, please submit a support ticket so we can check your account.
"We're sorry! You have reached your daily limit."
Each AppZone account has a daily limit for gift card redemptions totaling $25. You can reach your maximum by redeeming 5 $5 gift cards, a $10 card with a $15 card, and so on. You can also redeem one $50 or $100 gift card, but that will be the only gift card you are able to redeem in a 24 hour period. If you receive this message, please wait 24 hours before attempting to redeem another gift card.
"We're sorry! AppZone has encountered a problem with your device."
This error message WILL NOT go away on its own, so please submit a support ticket if you see it! We will investigate your issue in the order it was received and get back to you with a solution as soon as we can.
