If your credits are suddenly missing, it is most likely because your account has become inactive, which means you haven't successfully received credits from an offer for 60 days. (Please note that social share credits aren't able to keep your account active.)
To avoid losing your credits again in the future, please make sure you download at least one sponsor every 60 days.
