Please know that AppZone account WILL NOT WORK if a VPN is being used. While devices can use VPNs outside of AppZone, having one turned on while visiting your AppZone account has been known to cause damage. Since many of our apps are geo-targeted, using a VPN will confuse your account's location and disrupt its ability to receive credits and offers normally. This damage can sometimes be permanent. For this reason, we cannot support devices that are found to repeatedly use VPNs.
Also, since jumping from country to country will corrupt our tracking data, we are unable to provide support credits for apps that do not convert properly as a result of VPN use.
